After our brief re-blog of the Toronto push for unlocking FounderDating, I recently spoke with Jessica Alter, the founder of the company.

What is FounderDating?
FounderDating is a premier online network for entrepreneurs to connect with cofounders. We’re pretty different in that we are:
How Can Vancouver Join the Network?
While SF, NYC, Seattle, LA, Boston and Austin are already part of the network. FD decided to take the question of which other cities to include to the communities themselves. They just launched “Unlock Your City” so that any city/community that submitted at least 50 applications would be on the list to join the FounderDating Network. Las Vegas, Portland, Norfolk have all done it and we’ve already kicked things off there. Toronto, DC & Detroit are well on their way.
